More and more I'm loving lemon! These were lemon cupcakes with lemon frosting and a cute red fondant daisy. If that's not enough, you can also fill these with a super scrumptious lemon curd filling. The filling alone is something you'll want to eat by the spoonfuls - not that I've done that.....
